My computer seems to have lost pngu3263.dll and despite trying to locate it (using both Windows Find and the internet) I have drawn a complete blank. From the name I can't even guess where it may have come from. It seems to be linked to something required at startup. Can you help?
There's no central register of DLLs and what they are, so very often it's impossible for us to tell from the name where a DLL came from either. In this case, however, one of our systems has a pngu3266.dll in the folder c:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Common, from which we deduce that your missing file may be connected with RealPlayer, RealDownload or something like that.
You could confirm this by running Msconfig, selecting the Startup tab, temporarily disabling any RealPlayer or related programs you find there and seeing if the message about the missing DLL goes away. If it does, reinstalling the application concerned should restore the DLL.
